Palazzo Della Torre from Allegrini is a refined red wine from the Valpolicella region in Veneto, Italy. It is crafted using a modern ripasso technique, which gives it rich body and structure. This wine displays an elegant ruby color with violet hues and is known as a “baby Amarone” for its plush and rounded style, delivering a balanced and sophisticated experience.
One of Allegrini’s great classics, it manages to elegantly combine the fullness of the mouthfeel with its immediacy. The nose reveals distinct notes of berries, aromatic herbs, spices and vanilla, which resound on a palate where texture is underpinned by sweet, polished tannins that accompany the tasting to its long and intriguing finish.
