PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT

SIMPSONS ENGLISH WINE ESTATE

Nestled in the Chalk Valley, where River Nailbourne contours the hills in the heart of East Kent’s North Downs,
lies a place unlike any other. Located in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB),
the vineyards set an alluring scene, overlooking the gently, undulating English countryside.

Simpsons’ Wine Estate was established in 2012 by husband and wife team, Charles and Ruth Simpson.

The owners believe that the finest wines express a rich sense of provenance and authenticity.

At the Simpsons’ Wine Estate, no aspect of their viticulture or wine making process is outsourced,

ensuring that balance, detail and integrity is maintained throughout.

Each bottle of Simpsons’ sparkling wine is created according to the Great British Classic Method.

Where wines are expertly vinified, bottled and sealed under crown cap and left to ferment.

Once the fermentation is completed, each bottle is then matured for fifteen months to three years

and closely monitored for quality and excellence.

This process softens the distinctive, racy acidity of English wine and allows desirable autolytic flavors to emerge and develop.

We feature two of their delectable product offerings this month.

Dolomia Exclusive Pureness

Dolomia Exclusive Pureness

Bring the Fruilian Dolomites to the table.

Acqua Dolomia flows at 833 meters in Val Cimoliana, within the Friulian Dolomites Natural Park, a

UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Acqua Dolomia  is formed during a natural process where the water, originates from melted

snow and ice from the Cima dei Preti mountain group in Northeastern Italy.

This meltwater is then slowly filtered, through layers of Dolomia, a type of sedimentary rock,

rich in calcium and magnesium carbonate.

This unique and natural filtration process causes DOLOMIA water to exhibit high oxygen

levels and a low concentration of impurities, which contribute to the water’s purity and its distinct mineral content.

Fascinatingly enough, the water flows directly from the source to the water bottle.

Dolomia water is known for being a source of high- quality, naturally sourced water and

it complies with all the European standards for Mineral water.

As a result, it is a popular brand at most leading restaurants and it is often available at specialty stores.
