Cantina Valdadige was founded in 1957 by a group of winemakers who were strongly motivated to enhance the territory and develop the agricultural area. Over the years, the winery has acquired specialized personnel to follow all the phases of vine processing, from the countryside to the cellar. An agronomist from Cantina Valdadige follows all the members, who today number more than 230, and advises them on the choice of systems, pest control with integrated systems and with the minimum possible environmental impact, using systems that are as natural as possible. He accompanies them in pruning during all the phases of vine and grape development. A story made of passion and continuous research to give the maximum expression of the valley in a sip. The philosophy of the Winery, to always offer the market an excellent product, is to have total control of the production chain, in fact it vinifies and markets only products deriving from its Members, with whom it has established a relationship of trust and mutual gratification.
