Viña del Pedregal – has a tradition of almost 200 years, which began with the journey of Carlos Adolfo del Pedregal from Asturias to the Loncomilla Valley. Thanks to the high quality of the land and its optimal climatic conditions, in 1825 he became one of the pioneers of the incorporation of French strains; Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cot, imported from Bordeaux. Time and commitment have positioned them as one of the oldest and most recognized wineries in our country. By incorporating the talent and perspectives of the younger generations, the family legacy remains alive. This continuity is expressed in the creation of different, unique and diverse brands, united by the same family seal. Nine generations have already learned that the legacy stays alive, only when it stays young. Located in the Loncomilla Valley, the heart of the traditional Maule Valley in central Chile, these vineyards extend from the foothills of the Andes mountain range in the east, along the banks of the Loncomilla River, to the vicinity of the Coastal mountain range in the west. Due to this layout, these vineyards have a variability of soil and climate that contribute to the diversity and complexity of the wines.
