What if there is a problem with the wine?

We want every bottle you purchase to be of the best quality. If you experience any issues; such as a broken bottle, corked wine, or anything else that does not meet your expectations, please contact us right away. We will be happy to replace the bottle or offer a credit, depending on the situation. Your satisfaction is our top priority!

Can my friend or family member use my club member benefits?

Club membership benefits are intended for the individual member and are non-transferable. However, you are always welcome to bring friends or family with you to enjoy tastings and events, where permitted. Some benefits; like discounts or special offers may only apply when the member is present. If your guests love the experience, we would be happy to help them join too!

What if I have been inactive and would like to reinstate my membership?

We would be delighted to have you back! If your membership has been inactive, simply reach out to us and we will help you reinstate it. Please note that a reactivation fee may apply. We will make the process quick and easy so you can start enjoying your benefits again right away.
