Vinification with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged for 18 months in French barrique, followed by a short period in bottle.
Tasting impression: complex, clean and generous, with floral notes of rose petals, and fruity notes of
cherries and jam. The taste is full, of great warmth and harmony. Tasting temperature: 18°C .
Meal coupling: Perfect in combination with red meat and furred game dishes, but also very rich fish dishes, as well as with fine cheeses.
