Bottega Pronol Prosecco DOC Spumante Brut is a classic Prosecco from the Province of Treviso in Veneto, made primarily from Glera. Produced using the Charmat method, it is fresh, lively and elegant, with a fine, persistent perlage. It shows aromas of green apple, white peach, citrus and delicate acacia flowers, with a light, crisp palate and balanced acidity.
Pronol is an approachable and versatile Prosecco, ideal as an aperitif or in cocktails, and pairs well with seafood starters, risotto, pizza, vegetables, cured meats and light cheeses.
