Blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir
Grapes sourced from Casablanca, a vallet strongly influence by cooling effects of the Pacific ocean. These conditions along with low fertility soils result in natural control of plant vigor and slow grape ripening, which allows the production of fresh wines with hgh aromatic complexity.
Golden yellow with faint pink dyes, small and persistent bubbles. Intense and presents fruity aromas of white peach, quince and apple that integrate very well with the notes of toasted bread. In mouth it`s fresh and elegant, creamy and long finish.
