Crafted from a refined Champagne blend with a dominant base of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, this Prestige Rosé Cuvée is produced using the traditional méthode champenoise, including secondary fermentation in bottle and extended ageing of approximately 36 months on the lees in underground chalk cellars (“caves”) in the Montagne de Reims region, near villages such as Rilly-la-Montagne. These historic limestone cellars provide a naturally cool and humid environment, ensuring slow maturation, enhanced aromatic precision, and exceptionally fine, integrated bubbles.
The rosé coloration is achieved through a careful incorporation of red wine from selected Pinot Noir parcels, resulting in a pale salmon pink colour with amber flashes and its characteristic all-embracing perfume will captivate you with a florid flavour of red fruit, grapefruit and violets. On the palate, it is precise, structured, and harmonious, combining the freshness of Chardonnay with the fruit-driven intensity of Pinot Noir. The texture is creamy and vinous, supported by vibrant acidity and a fine mineral backbone. Well structured, well-balanced and rounded on the palate, it is distinguished by its persistent flavour, accentuated by its vivacious bubbles and its elegant freshness.
