A traditional-method sparkling wine produced in the Champagne appellation, composed of a classic assemblage of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. With extended lees aging of approximately 15–24 months to enhance autolytic complexity and mouthfeel. The wine is dosed at Brut level (≈6–10 g/L residual sugar), yielding a dry profile supported by bright acidity and a fine, persistent mousse. Aromatically, it shows a combination of green apple, citrus and secondary autolytic notes brioche, yeast, light toast. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with well-integrated acidity, moderate alcohol, and a clean, mineral-driven finish characteristic of the region’s chalk-rich soils.
