The Diversitas range is Talamonti’s more contemporary line, created as a tribute to the biodiversity and natural richness of Abruzzo. The wines are named after native animals found across the region.
La Volpe Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC is part of Talamonti’s Diversitas range, made from 100% Montepulciano. This distinctive Abruzzese rosé has a bright cherry-red colour and is fresh, fruity and expressive, with aromas of raspberry, cherry, blackberry and other red fruits. It is vinified and aged in stainless steel to preserve its vibrant fruit and freshness.
It is an easy-drinking, versatile wine that works beautifully as an aperitif or with seafood, light salads, grilled vegetables, white meats and pizza. The name La Volpe, meaning “the fox,” is part of the Diversitas range’s connection to the wildlife and biodiversity of Abruzzo.
