The Millesimato Perlae Naonis was created to celebrate 35 years of Prosecco production. Crafted exclusively from the Glera grape, it showcases a captivating bouquet of fruity aromas from apple and pear to apricot and citrus fruits interwoven with delicate floral notes of wisteria and rose.

Sourced from the alluvial soils of western Friuli in the heart of the Prosecco Doc area, rich in calcareous, sandy, and clayey elements, Perlae Naonis undergoes a meticulous process. After destemming and a gentle pressing, the grapes ferment in steel tanks for 8-10 days at controlled temperatures of 16°C-18°C. The slow re-fermentation in autoclave and extended aging on the lees contribute to its enchanting brilliant straw yellow hue and create a full, round flavour that lingers pleasantly on the palate.
