The grapes for this wine are gently pressed off to steel tanks immediately after harvest. Fermentation occurs at controlled temperature (19° C) in small steel tanks, where maturation takes place with partial malolactic fermentation.
Brings the alpine freshness factor to the glass! It is pale yellow in colour, shows expressive nose of flowers and fruit of pear and peach. Flavour is delicate, full, rich in extract and fresh.
