The grapes are picked and fermented in pressurised tanks to create a natural fizz. Once 5% ABV is reached fermentation is stopped by chilling and filtering, to retain a delicious natural sweetness. Then natural orange and herbs are added.
Zesty orange balanced by a hint of bitter herbal notes, an authentic low alcohol Italian snifter.
