The Moscato grapes are picked and fermented in pressurised tanks to create a natural fizz. Once it reaches 5% ABV fermentation is stopped by chilling and filtering, to retain a natural sweetness, then natural peach juice is added.
Tuttavia Peach Moscato bursts with white peach and nectarine flavours backed by a gentle spritz. Pour over ice and serve with sprigs of rosemary and mint.
