Produced from the red Espadeiro grape which is cultivated here in Vinho Verde (also found in Galicia, northern Spain). The must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
Fresh red berries on the nose, the palate has delicate wild strawberry and zesty redcurrant fruit, off- dry with a soft and appealing finish.
Perfect with simple pasta dishes, salads and white meats.
